The staff are helpfull the hotel is very clean Many thanks to AlnaimiTraveL and Intour hotel also many thanks to Radi and the general manager And I would like to point at the kindness of the staff they gave us a free cars wash when all the shops were closed and we were unable to clean our 12 corvette cars for the event.... beside the staff the hotel it self was awsom! specially the loby and the special breakfast... We can't ask for more!

All employees were prepared to give a little bit more service. Breakfast was well organised..
I think for foreigners , some more channels on the tv should be in a foreign language. 34 were in Arabic , just 1 in English , bbc World News.

New hotel,good location for flying over or driving throu Riyadh save area very clean the staff are very friendly close to atm and supermarkets and restaurants and pharmacies and gas stations and international fast food like macdonald and kfc and others IRealy enjoy staying at in tour and I will stay at it in future and I advice travelers to try it in there future trips thank u for reading my comments and sorry for my english.
The shower space in the studio is not coming to the level of all the decoration inside .

We thoroughly enjoyed spending 3 nights here. We had neat and huge room with exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed. It offered nice service and fine food too. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Very bad reception , When arrived to hotel there was no booking for me and the gentleman want me to pay more than I booked for finally it take 2 hours to solve the problem . No credit card acceptance, internet connection problem
